Lets get to the Alcoholic Beverages

a few drinks

As a heads up I fully intend on cleaning this up in the future.

Anyhow You can get an idea of what we will be here. A little serious a lot silly.

 

Just put it this way:

White chocolate Almond kiss

1 oz Vanilla Vodka
.75 oz Amaretto
.75 oz White Chocolate Godiva Liqueur

Ring a chilled cocktail glass with chocolate
Mix ingredients in a pint glass
Shake and strain
Split cherry Garnish


Ginger Peach Cooler


1.25oz Gosling Black Seal Rum
1 oz peach puree
Dash of angostura bitters
Splash (very little) Domaine De Canton

Shake ingredients and strain over ice in a Collins glass
Top with ginger ale


Mango Coconut Cocktail


1 oz coconut puree
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz. simple syrup
1.5 oz Finlandia Mango vodka

Mix ingredients in given order in a pint glass
Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass
Drizzle Grenadine to the bottom of the glass
Garnish with a cut lime wedge and two stir straws


Ginger Lime Aide


1.25 oz. Finlandia lime vodka
1 oz Lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Splash Canton ginger liqueur

Mix ingredients in pint Shake and Fill with ginger ale
Garnish with a lime wedge


Hendricks Extra Dry Martini

2 oz. Hendricks Gin
1 oz dry vermouth

Pour Vermouth over ice enough to cover the ice slightly
Strain vermouth out of the ice
In the same pint or mixing glass pour Gin
Mix with bar spoon
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with cucumber slice


Hot and Dirty

2 oz Stoli vodka
.5 oz of olive brine

Mix in pint glass and shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Sink two drops of Tabasco to the bottom of the glass
Garnish with two blue Cheese stuffed olives


Blueberry Ice Pick

1.5 oz Stoli Blueberry Vodka
1 oz of lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup

Mix ingredients in pint:
Fill with fresh brewed Ice tea
Shake and garnish with a blueberry skewered lemon


Key Lime Cocktail
1.25 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Splash of cream
.5oz pineapple Juice

Rim a chilled cocktail Glass with Cinnamon Sugar
Mix ingredients into a pint
Shake and strain into Cocktail Glass
Dust with Cinnamon
Garnish with Lime wedge Sliced


The Passion (of Mic)

1.5 ounce Passion Fruit Vodka
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Sink crème de cassis to the bottom of the glass
Squeeze lime wedge and drop into glass
